The ARK: 2016 is a roleplaying gamemode set in the world of Half-Life 2 in the year 2016. Some inspiration was taken from other servers, such as auraWatch and nebulous.cloud in order to provide the best possible roleplaying experience. Some events and details, such as Wallace Breen's rise to power, are retconned in favor of story elements unique to the gamemode.
