| A board of commanders from each District to report on and maintain the operational integrity of Civil Protection from a ministerial position. |
The Ministry of Civil Protection is the governing body and liaison of Civil Protection. It is one of the ministries in the C11 Security Council.
General
Formed as the primary communication and policy board on behalf of Civil Protection, the Ministry of Civil Protection is a desk-based, governmental faucet of Civil Protection. Members of the Ministry of Civil Protection issue administrative directives and policy updates to their district's Civil Protection; they also advise and co-ordinate with the Security Council on matters within the city. Ministry members serve until deemed unfit.
Aside from delivering bulletins and sparsely communicating with Rank Leaders to relay information, the Ministry of Civil Protection does not get involved in the day-to-day affairs of Civil Protection, nor the enforcement of its directives. That responsibility is left up to Rank Leaders.
Organization
The Ministry of Civil Protection consists of one Minister and an Advisor from each district.
- Advisors are the representatives from each of City 11's districts. Each Advisor is responsible for their district, and reports to the Minister of Civil Protection. Rank Leaders with a good track record are eligible for such promotion, given that the position is vacant.
- The Minister of Civil Protection is an Advisor that has been appointed by the City Administrator to oversee the Ministry of Civil Protection. They still oversee their district as an Advisor, but with the additional responsibility of the department's management.
