Public Management refers to the citizen-staffed service that oversees and manages the less important aspects of the Ministry of Energy's civilian agenda, such as housing, city repairs, and businesses.

These responsibilities are consolidated into three management positions; the store manager handles the processing and review of commercial permits and properties, the work foreman recruits and supervises city maintenance, and the housing director keeps oversight upon the residential blocks.
